To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@88tech.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all original manufacturer packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in complete and as original condition to ensure the process of return.

3. Please clearly label the package with the RMA number provided by our customer support team.

4. Ship the package back to us at the address provided with the RMA number.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. A 15% restocking fee is deductible from the refund amount.
